Each state has local area or local government chapters where most of the work of evangelizing, training and establishing of children in local churches is done. Trained directors, committees and cordinators work together to reach the children in their areas. The main ministry is training Christains who will work as missionaries in their neighbourhoods, churches or whereever children are found.
